Brad Yoshimitsu was very professional from the very start, he walked through the home giving useful tips and ideas of what could be done to help improve the chances of selling the home. He made sure that we were comfortable throughout the process allowing us the chance to make all decisions and not being pushy. When we would ask him for advise he would do so with the knowledge of the possible out comes so we would be able to better prepare what we were doing and expecting. After Brad put our house on the market it didn't take long before we were under contract and for more that I was expecting and it was within the 1st week as well. Besides selling our home he also assisted in purchasing another home. We struggled to find what we were looking for and Brad was able to locate a home that had not went on the market yet and helped us to secure a viewing of the home before it went on the market. From start to finish we had a great experience with Brad and were more than pleased with everything that he was able to achieve for us in both the selling and purchasing of a new home. I would recommend Brad and Live Urban to anyone either buying or selling a home, they have service that can't be beat and I will be using Brad and Live Urban if/when I decide it is time to purchase again.

Brad did more work prior to gaining the listing than any other broker we interviewed.
Brad is one of the most patient and respectable residential brokers we have met. Brad has given me a new respect for residential Realtors.
I think the thing that speaks the most to Brad's ability is that I would recommend him to close friends and family.
Brad's marketing was thorough and well thought out. He sent the listing to more people than we expected. We had 31 showings in three days and I doubt we would have had that many had Brad not done the job he did marketing our property.
Annette did an amazing job staging our house. She was brutally honest which I respected.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we've used Brad for both the purchase and sale of a house. On the purchase, Brad was patient and helpful and really understood our location preferences. We wanted to live in an urban, happening neighborhood and Brad didn't try to steer us toward ones that weren't. In the end, we found the perfect house and Brad helped us get it for an excellent price.
When it came time to sell our house, we of course contacted Brad. He has a real eye for making your house look it's absolute best and we were able to ask a price much higher than we ever thought we'd get. Our house sold in three days, with multiple offers, and for $15,000 over our already dream asking price. If not for Brad, we would have left a lot of money on the table - and who knows how much longer it would have taken to sell. I recommend Brad to everyone I know and wouldn't work with anyone else in Denver.

Brad was on top of the sale from start to finish. The first weekend he house was advertised was very, very busy and Brad calmly managed it and was very helpful in sorting out the value of multiple offers.

Mr. Yoshimitsu did a terrific job. He's savvy and patient; he read us well with regard to the kind of house we were looking for. He gave advice when we asked and stayed in the background when we didn't ask. He knows the city well, and was a great help after the inspection when we needed suggestions for contractors, plumbers, etc. We spent a good bit of time with him. He's good company.

Brad was recommended by a friends of mine from work. From the first meeting to the last, Brad was very professional and knowledge about selling, buying and even the loan process.
